Working with Eric Steinbach and his Real Estate Crew during the sale of my home was a positive experience. Together we decided on a list price that was realistic based on sales of other homes in my neighborhood. After each showing Eric called to give me feedback so I always felt that I was involved in the process. To be honest the first time I met Eric I was a bit put off by him but we decided to go with his crew based on a glowing recommendation from a colleague. Sure glad we did. Eric and his crew are the realtors you want on your side no matter the market. We bought with them in a sellers market and we got our place for asking, even though there were multiple buyers willing to pay more. Later we sold with them in a buyers market and had a quick sale, at a great price with multiple offers to choose from. This crew complements each other well. Tristan helped us take care of the details involved in selling from changing light bulbs to organizing landscaping. The photography team made sure our house made the best possible first impression where it counts, online. And Eric is 100% the realtor I want at the table anytime I'm making a real estate deal in Kelowna.
